Government Exams For Engineers 2017

There are many government examinations which you can write after completing B.E/B.Tech. You can appear for RRB exam to get in to Railways for jobs. Being a core engineer, you can join technical job posts like Assistant Engineer/ Junior Engineer/Project Manager/Technician etc. If you are interested you can attend CDS exam conducted by UPSC to get selection in to defense sector. You can apply for suitable positions in either Indian Navy/Air force/Army. One can also attend bank recruitment examinations. After B.E you can try for PO/Specialist Officer positions in banks. The government recruits employees only having the minimum age of 18 years.
The upper age limit fro getting government jobs is 28 years.

10 years for physically handicapped persons.

The questions are generally asked from the five sections in all most all competitive exams.
